At 30 Day Weather Forecast, we are committed to giving you complete sovereignty over your data. In accordance with Google Play's Account Deletion and Data Safety policies, this page provides instructions on how to purge your stored data both on your device and from any backend diagnostic records.

Important Note on Subscriptions: Deleting your local data or submitting a data deletion request does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription via Google Play Store > Payments & Subscriptions before uninstalling.

Option 1: Instant In-App Data Deletion

Since 30 Day Weather Forecast is designed with privacy-by-design architecture, we do not require you to create an online cloud account to use weather forecasts. The majority of your preferences (units, saved favorite cities, theme mode, and cached weather telemetry) reside exclusively on your physical device.

  1. Clear Offline Forecast Cache in App:
    Open the app > tap the Settings icon (top right) > scroll to "Locations & Offline Cache" > tap "Clear Offline Forecast Cache". All cached meteorological forecasts are immediately flushed.
  2. Complete Reset via Android System Settings:
    On your Android smartphone or tablet, navigate to Settings > Apps > 30 Day Weather > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage / Clear Data. This permanently removes all saved cities, unit settings, and local database entries.
  3. App Uninstallation:
    Uninstalling the application from your device permanently purges all local app sandboxes, preferences, and cached weather readings.

Option 2: Online Data Erasure Request Form

If you have contacted customer support via email, submitted diagnostic reports, or wish to request the purging of any associated analytics identifiers from our diagnostic consoles (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics), please submit the form below:

What Happens When You Submit a Request?

Types of Data Deleted:

  • Customer support email histories and correspondence.
  • Bug report tickets, crash logs, and stack traces associated with your device ID.
  • Anonymized Firebase analytics instance identifiers.

Types of Data Retained:

We do not retain personal identifying data. Financial records regarding Google Play subscription transactions are retained solely by Google LLC according to regulatory tax and accounting mandates.

Processing Timeframe:

All deletion requests are processed by our data compliance officer within 30 calendar days from the date of submission. You will receive a confirmation receipt once the expungement is finalized.
